Mon comptable ne comprend pas le texte du bofip de cette façon.
Je vais interroger mon avocat sur ce sujet bientôt.
Cooky: Pour une cession avant 5ans en zrr, oui l administration considere qu’il faut « rendre » l’avantage fiscal.
