Avec 100ke d'apport, je tablerais sur une pharmacie plus grosse...

Sinon, y a t il une exo ZRR sur ton projet ?
Comme le souligne Sublimo, il y a peut être quelques choses à faire et remonter cette pharma à 1.1Me
41h est assez confortable.
Si tu y vas, garde un peu ton apport et fais financer un maximum
